1. Carry out the routine Quality Control/Process Control activities for incoming, in process, finished products and outgoing.

2. Carry out the checking on GMP practices such as sanitation and hygiene, pest control etc.

3. Carry out online checking for production parameter

4. Prepare incoming and finished product retention samples.

5. keep records of all the tests they have carried out

6. Responsible for Food Safety System implementation ( e.g HACCP, GMP, HALAL, FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS) 7 Perform any other duties as assigned
