**Job Description**:

- To assist day to day accounting functions included manage data entry and process journal to ensure all business transactions are recorded on timely basis
- To keep track of relevant account documents (proforma invoice, delivery order and other) and proper filing
- Purchase invoice, issue cheque & etc
- To assist daily operational duties and perform any others ad-hoc accounting assignment
- Responsible and manage full spectrum of Admin functions
- Handling payroll, EPF, Socso & EIS
- Compound data, prepare & submit report on time
- Handling GPS tracking, roadtax and insurance renewal
- General admin work
- Have knowledge in sales and marketing
- 2 position available in Kajang (HQ) and Cheras (Branch)
