**Responsibility**:
1. Provide administrative and secretarial support.

2.Ability to use Microsoft Office and other related software.

3.Assist in data entry of accounting documents.

4.Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers.

5.Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliation. 8. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

6.Keep update the project work progress report.

7. Process payment for supplier, utilities and others.

8.Assist production in ordering materials.

9. Keep record about subcon work.

10.Assist Finance Manager in other areas of accounting whenever necessary

11. Perform other ad-hoc duties when necessary.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum academic qualification: SPM / STPM / Diploma/Degree.
- Experience working in Admin and Finance field will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, results oriented and able to work under pressure on tight deadlines.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.
- Capacity to use Microsoft Office.
