**Marketing Specialist**
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing of Bureau Veritas South East Asia to support key marketing initiatives across a variety of channels - internal, external, digital, customer events, etc.;
- Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities;
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns via different marketing tools / medium, such as (not limited to) Pardot, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Help in outbound and inbound marketing such as events planning and advertising
- Acting as a brand champion both internally and externally and ensuring full compliance with the brand guidelines and messaging across all solutions;
- Working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localise online and offline marketing and communications activities and develop supporting assets;
- Assisting in the day-to-day for any administrative matters.

**Key Data Steward**
- Manage and maintain data integrity within the Salesforce platform
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure that all data in Salesforce are accurate, complete, consistent, and up-to-date
- Monitor sales team’s Salesforce KPI
- Drive the team to fully utilize the system in their sales activities and create dashboards and generate reports from Salesforce for the management team
- Provide training to Salesforce users on data entry best practices, data governance policies, and procedures.
- Offer ongoing support and guidance to the users to ensure adherence to data standards

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in engineering or marketing with relevant background
- Familiar in Marketing activities for at least 3-5 years
- Familiar in Administration and Salesforce Data Steward task for at least 3-5 years
