A site supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction projects at the worksite. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that the project is completed safely, within budget, and on time while meeting the required quality standards. Some of the specific responsibilities of a site supervisor include:
Managing construction workers: A site supervisor manages construction workers on the site, ensuring that they are working safely and productively.
Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors: The site supervisor works closely with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that they are completing work on time and to the required standards.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations: The site supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all work on the site is conducted safely, and that workers are adhering to safety regulations and guidelines.
