Invoice processing - to process incoming and outgoing invoices via system and forward to payable for the next process
- Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the department;
- Coordinate the planning and smooth operational function.
- To order and keep track of purchase requisition, quotation, stock control and sales administration.
- Perform office administration function, including sourcing, purchasing and maintenance equipment, pantry item and office premise.
- Any ad hoc task as assigned by the superior.

**Job Requirements**
- Fresh graduate or SPM or equivalent.
- Must be proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good communication skills
- Energetic, quick learner and able to work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,569.53 per month
