S&P Global Commodity Insights

**The Role**: S&P Global Commodity Insights, the leading independent provider of information and benchmark prices for the commodities and energy markets, is searching for support to the Commodity Insights Global Sales Compensation team. The Compensation Analyst will assist in the administration and execution of the division’s annual sales compensation plans and policies, maintaining audit and compliance records, will be instrumental in preparing monthly reporting and providing daily business support.

**The Team**: Provides a Sales Compensation framework that incentivizes the SPGCI commercial teams to drive growth and retain existing business. The team ensures that payments against compensation plans are made in a timely, reliable manner and that the business is supported in all related matters.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the process of calculating monthly, quarterly and annual commission payments

Work with global payroll systems and offices to ensure payments are made correctly and on time

Preapare monthly, weekly and ad hoc analysis and reporting

Collaborate closely with members of Finance, Commercial Operations and Sales teams

Ensure that audit compliance is adhered to through accurate record maintenance

Participate in the maintenance of the ‘Xactly’ incentive commission system

**What We’re Looking For**:
Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (test required) and the Microsoft Office suite

Analytically minded with a high level of attention to detail

3+ years experience in a reporting, data analysis or compensation role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Grade (relevant for internal applicants only)**: 8 or 9
