**Position Title **:Content Creator & Creative Designer, Executive/Senior Executive

**Department **:Corporate Planning, Product & Marketing

**Division **:Corporate, Brand & Marketing Management

**Reporting to **:Manager & Head of Department

**Job Purpose**

Execute concept and design approach in developing marketing copies of various point-of-sales materials, to promote on Daihatsu Group of Companies’ product and service latest campaign offerings across all marketing platforms (but not limited to) visual merchandising, social media, website, print, showroom collaterals and videography.

**No Key Accountabilities Duty Statements**

1. **In-house Creative **▪ Conceptualize, visualize and execute designs, layouts and production

**Development **of graphic collaterals that meets company’s branding and marketing campaigns.

▪ Developing high-impact visual solutions across various promotional materials while meeting each brands guideline.

▪ Manage all company’s graphic materials and digital ad files across multiple offline/online platforms and internal archiving.

▪ Liaise with printing suppliers to ensure printing quality while meeting delivery deadline and sourcing of vendors for cost effective production to achieve optimal result.

▪ Managing several design projects of multiple deadlines and occasionally assist in department’s related task as and when assigned.

2. **Content Management **▪ Handling of contents and various design projects such as visual effects, graphic design, web design, photo retouch, video editing and relevant information to the company website, social media and other online platforms.

▪ Plan out effective and engaging content ideas, social media strategies and monthly calendar to achieve desired marketing target.

▪ Day-to-day social media management inclusive of creating and publishing of contents on social media channels as well as page monitoring.

▪ Stay up-to-date with latest industry trends and practices to be applied and implemented into creative designs.

▪ Brainstorm ideas and constantly execute fresh creative content to build strong engagement with company’s target audience and customers.

▪ Develop and review innovative communication design ideas with reporting manager in alignment with company’s goal and direction.

3. **Videography & **▪ Conduct video shooting and editing for company’s event and any other

**Photography **day-to-day operations.

▪ Produce short video for promotion across company’s online platforms.

▪ Carry out product and service-related photoshoot for creative assets whenever necessary.

4. **Brand Management & **▪ Execute design consistency for all branch and dealer network’s

**Network CI Compliance **marketing communication, operational and structural display, ensures in compliance with respective principal’s (i.e. DMC, Hino & Perodua) corporate brand identity (CI).
**Job Requirement**

**Minimum Academic**: Post Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Mass

**Qualification **Communication/ Advertising/ Media/Art/ Design/ Creative

Multimedia or equivalent

**Minimum years of experience**: At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

**Certification and/or licenses**:

**Special skills**: ▪ Proficient knowledge of design tools to model requirements and software system designs producing comprehensive documentation, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe

Graphics App, other major software for graphic design and

Video Editing.

▪ Design sense with knowledge in brand identity, typography, photography, basic understanding of technical areas (i.e. printing, pre-press, paper materials, digital social media requirements), EDM and print development.

▪ Ability to write content, captions and/or copywrite to support visuals, social media posts, etc will be a bonus.

▪ Responsive and capable of working independently to deliver quality content with little supervision.

▪ Capable in handling multiple con-current tasks and able to work under tight deadlines.

▪ Being able to understand, accept criticism thus open to feedback and willing to make changes to your design.

▪ Familiar with social media and social networking is a plus.
