- **Job Description**:
- You will be involved in developing and implementing business development and sales strategies to expand their dealers' network, aiming for positive business growth and healthy expansion, besides ensuring set sales targets are met.
- Your main responsibilities will include:

- Business Development:

- To recruit new Dealers
Cold call & make appointment to meet new prospects.
- Attend new enquiries and prospects to conduct showrooM/Factory tour to potential dealers.
- To service existing Dealers
To evaluate Dealers performance, identify common traits among them, providing training support and coaching for those underperformed and to motivate.
- To assist and motivate Dealers to develop and grow market share.
- To prepare Dealers sales performance improvement plan
- To liaise with the marketing team in order to increase the business exposure for the nationwide Dealers.
- Support & Management:

- To provide support to the Dealers (e.g., handling daily enquiries/ issues, SOP matters)
To conduct business consulting visits from time to time with the Dealer (to discuss business plan and operational matters).
- To co-ordinate with IT Support team to ensure Dealers CRM system & Design CAD is always accurate and up to date.
- To provide assistance whenever required to Dealers in the negotiating and closing sales.
- Training & Development:

- To execute & lead the training team (business support) to enhance the training method in order to have an appropriate understanding on Our Client's Business to the dealers
To plan the training programs and training materials.
- To conduct the training for Dealers (CRM) process flow, sales order process, customer etiquette and network developments.
- Market Research on Product development, competitors product & pricing.
- Job Requirements:

- Product Knowledge in Interior Design, Kitchen Cabinet and others relevant products.
- Good in Sales Closing skills.
- Good Interpersonal and Communication skills to generate good rapport with customer
- Computer Literate
- Able to use our client's CRM system to generate quotation & order.
- Effective Team Management in directing and dedicating tasks.
- Good Negotiation skill
- Strong Technical in Kitchen Module System, Interior Design
- Remuneration:

- Basic Salary - RM8,000 - RM11,000
