Minimum Hiring Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or any other related area of study.

2. 1-3 years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, online advertising experience and/or strong outbound sales experience within large-scale BPO operations

3. Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

4. Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.

5. Passionate about social media digital marketing and have a strong understanding of the concepts and trends

6. Have strong drive to achieve marketing and revenue targets, while adhering to business policies and compliance

7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

8. A team player and collaborator.

9. Strong command of native language and English

10. Strong knowledge and understanding of cultural context in the countries supported

Preferred Requirements:
1. Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.

2. Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying.

3. Experience working in a sales or account management role with small businesses, insurance industry, etc.

4. Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
