**Role Description**

As a Beauty Advisor for Cocoon, you will play a crucial role in representing the brand and promoting its vegan cosmetic products. Your responsibilities will include:

- Demonstrate a deep understanding and passion for Cocoon products.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and advice based on customers' skincare needs and preferences.
- Ensure the Cocoon product display areas are well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing in stores.
- Regularly check and replenish stock to avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Actively participate in promotional events and activities organized by Cocoon to boost brand visibility and sales.
- Work collaboratively with store teams to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of Cocoon in stores.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for beauty and skincare products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
- Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and special events.
- Previous experience in beauty or skincare sales is a plus.

**Salary and benefits**:

- Full-time: Competitive salary ranging from 1500 MYR to 2300 MYR plus commission, can earn up to 3000 MYR per month
- Part-time: Hourly rate of 15 MYR plus commission.
