Qc Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist HOD in coordinating and implementing QA/QC daily activities and ensure that the quality of products conformed to Part Specification and customers’ requirements.
- Approval of the quality plan, control plans, procedures, work instruction for overall quality control and coordinate on effective implementation for such plans, procedures, or instructions.
- Ensure failure analysis and evaluations are carried out satisfactorily to identify the root cause and drive for closure of corrective actions for internal/external corrective action requests and reliability test rejects.
- To establish and implement factory-wide QA/QC programs in line with the company’s ISO 13485 QMS to ensure materials, components and finished products conform to customers’ requirements.
- Improve and manage the company ISO 13485 Quality Management System to be an effective tool to help in the continuous improvement journey.
- To involve in ISO13485 QMS as an internal quality auditor and ensure that documented procedures are strictly followed in QA/QC Department.
- To liaise with and feedback to all departments, customers, and vendors on quality-related issues and resolve quality problems arising from production or vendors, and effectively handle customer complaints.
- To ensure all QC Inspectors are adequately trained and competent to execute their responsibilities effectively in their respective work areas.
- To ensure that all QMS related documentation (e.g., drawings, SOPs, approved samples, etc.) are managed, controlled, and distributed as per the company’s ISO13485 QMS requirements.
- To ensure inspection and measuring devices used in determining the quality of materials, components and products are calibrated and/or verified before use and at the specified interval.
- To liaise with third parties on matters related to the company’s ISO13485 QMS. The third parties shall include the certification body, customers, suppliers, sub-contractors, and authorities.
- To always follow the company’s rules and regulations.
- To be cooperative and work in harmony with all colleagues and peers.
- Ensure that health & safety guidelines and good housekeeping are followed.
- Any other tasks/responsibilities delegated to you by management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma holders with at least 5 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
- Required skill(s): Preferable hands-on EMS or plastic injection molding quality and tube extrusion working environment with experience in handling of goods customer satisfaction.
- Independent and Good technical and analytical problem-solving skills working with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Experience in ISO 9001/13485 will be added advantage.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Age between 30-45.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to work under pressure and dateline.
- Able to work independently and be able to act as team player.
- Full-Time positions available.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
