JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Responsible to conduct & monitor in-process quality control and documents, inspection at all manufacturing facilities.
- Responsible in monitoring and ensure cleanliness at production floor, machineries, equipment and utensils. Monitor worker’s hygiene.
- Organize in house training and monitor staff Typhoid and Food Handling Course compliance as KKM requirements.
- Investigates customer's feedback/complaint and look for solutions and continuous improvement.
- Provide in house training and arrange typhoid injection for production workers.
- Responsible in checking and updating on maintenance and calibration for QC measuring instruments and gauges to ensure optimum functionality.
- Responsible for pest control monitoring, materials receiving and etc
- Perform all other duties maybe assigned to support continual improvement of Food Safety and Quality Management System.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Preferably minimum 2-3 year of working experience in quality control and quality assurance management in Food industry.
- Formal background or training in Food Safety standards i.e. HACCP / GMP / HALAL
- Knowledge of food safety standards, quality assurance terminology, implementations, methods and tools.
- Technical knowledge and hands on experience in handling certification audit such as GMP and Halal.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated and a team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point )
- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.
- Able to articulate new information quickly and react positively to new and challenging opportunities.
- Possess own transport

Language required: English, Malay

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
