Admin Executive

Manage the renewal process for road tax for company vehicles, including cars, machinery, motors, and lorries.
- Handle the renewal and management of insurance policies for all company vehicles, machinery, motors, and lorries.
- Coordinate and arrange for Puspakom inspections for company lorries,
- Communicate with the foreman to schedule and oversee maintenance for company vehicles.
- Issue service notes and arrange appointments with workshops for necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Handle and organize all documentation related to maintenance, including matching Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Maintain and update the maintenance records for all company machinery and vehicles.
- Ensure all documentation is properly filed and accessible.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all administrative activities related to vehicle and machinery maintenance.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on the status of vehicle and machinery maintenance.
- Provide updates on the renewal status of road tax and insurance policies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
