**Admin Executive**

Report to : Finance, Human Resources & Purchasing Manager

Responsibility:
a. To assist the Finance, Human Resource & Purchasing Manager oversee the Administration and HR operations.

b. Provide office support services and personnel administration in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the organization:
i. answer incoming calls & perform office administration duties

ii. complete vendor forms & mailing documents when necessary

iii. maintain proper filing system for Admin Department

iv. Update company licenses & registrations (CIDB, ST, PETRONAS, MOF, DOSH etc)

v. make appointments & prepare minutes of meeting

vi. maintain and replenish office stationeries, pantry items, within budget allowed

vii. record and maintenance of all correspondences

viii. ensure office premises is kept clean and tidy at all times

ix. monitoring employees attendance & leave reports - perform recruitment process

x. coordinate and facilitate trainings and maintain the training records

d. Assist Managing Director upon request

e. Ensure all related QMS activities are implemented effectively

f. Any other responsibilities as instructed by superior

Minimum Qualification:
Experience: Administration 1 Year/ Fresh Grad

Location: Kajang (preferred)

Job type: Full-time

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kajang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
