**Requirements**:

- Highly motivated individuals
- Passion for baking
- Pastry and baking experience
- Knowledge of bakery techniques, bakery food items, bakery food preparation, presentation and preservation and bakery equipment.
- Working experience in kitchen as baker or/& baking preparation
- Diploma in baking or related field

**Responsibilities**
- Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation.
- Responsible for the preparation and baking of pastries.
- Preparing ingredients and handling baking and other kitchen equipment.
- Responsible for the preparation and storage of baking items, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- To maintain kitchen cleanliness & hygiene according to food safety standards Ingredients.
- Ensure sufficient inventory of ingredients and packaging.
- Develop new seasonal recipes and menus and keep up with the latest trends.

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- baking: 2 years (required)
