We’re in search of a Business Intelligence Analyst who will be instrumental in identifying business needs and challenges, and propose solutions backed by data and research.

**What you will Do**
- **Conduct performance analysis, prepare reports and evaluate current performance trends.**:

- **Conduct market research and analysis **to identify trends and opportunities, develop business cases and proposals for new products and initiatives.
- **Gather and analyse business requirements** from stakeholders, including sales, production, and logistics teams.
- Deep dive into findings for a better view of the performance reported and identify & recommend areas for process improvement in production, distribution, sales, and any other related areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain management and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Responsible to advise the management team on potential performance risks and strategic decisions in alignment with business objectives.
- Educate and train users to use the data as an analytical tool to determine business requirements and priorities. This includes **working with stakeholders/teams to design and document dashboards and reports.**:

- Support business planning functions for new and existing company strategies.

**Competencies & Skills**
- Ability to build an understanding of the business at a level of detail that enables you to analyse, identify and recommend solutions backed by data.
- **Ability to articulate and present data and findings.**:

- **Possesses commercial acumen**, a keen interest in business is advantageous.
- Research, and design dashboards, and reports utilising various tools eg. P**ower BI, Excel, Tableau.**:

- Build and improve business processes using diagramming tools such as **Visio.**

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, eg. Excel, Power BI, Tableau and SQL**:

- Knowledge of business process modelling tools, such as Visio
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- **Open to travel to FFM's various premises as required, including Sungai Buloh office.**

**Salary**: From RM1.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
