**The Producer Lead is accountable for**:

- Coordinating High-Quality Content: Oversee the planning, production, and delivery of top-tier video and photo content, meeting the diverse needs of our clients.
- Content Excellence: Develop visually engaging content for various social media platforms. Harness photo manipulation techniques, AI tools, and expert video editing skills to create compelling visuals.
- End-to-End Ownership: Take the lead in every phase of production, from pre-production through post-production. This encompasses storyboarding, location scouting, shooting, editing, and content distribution.
- Post-Production Mastery: Supervise post-production processes to ensure the final product aligns perfectly with the creative vision, leaving an indelible impression.
- Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with a range of professionals including videographers, photographers, editors, graphic designers, and other team members to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

**; Requirements**:
- AI Proficiency: Proficiency in AI technology and manipulation skills to enhance content creation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements, making recommendations for integrating new technologies and tools.
- Proficiency with video editing software and graphic design tools
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with aerial cinematography and drone operation.
- Experience with digital production or in a digital agency preferred
