To update production Department organization chart & submit for approval.
- To assist and liaise with Production Supervisor or Executive on production activities.
- To ensure all documentation are correctly completed for tractability purposes and they are properly filed and stored as per Quality System requirement for easy retrieval.
- To update production daily report, weekly report and monthly report. This includes material requisition (including latex and chemicals)
- material consumption
- material stocks
- quality monitoring of all latex and chemical preparations
- To liase with Admin on attendance and payroll issues.
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as directed from time to time.
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
