Assistant Project Coordinator

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for assisting in all coordination activities and maintaining daily records at the site.
- Provide effective support to superior, colleagues and perform other clerical duties.
- To produce detailed tracking list and keep track of the work record.
- Liaise with site personnel and prepare documentation related to purchasing matters.
- Prepare fortnightly documentation related to wage claims for workers and overtime.
- Prepare and issue relevant basic memos and letters to external party.
- Maintain records on a Defects Monitoring System and update the status of the unit to reflect the status of works.
- Inspect and verify work done at site and maintain records.
- Carry out any other work assignments as required by the immediate superior.
**Requirement**:
- Diploma. Construction-related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years related working experience, or fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good written and communication skill
- Able to work in a team
- Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
