**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide service Admin support, both in-house and field based service, for all products VT brands including Edwards, Leybold and Atlas Copco Vacuum
- Manage warranty process for VT related warranty in the region with support from other division sales and CVC team members
- Ensuring that all field service activities are conducted within the boundaries of VTS health and safety policies. Risk control elements covering all relevant aspects of the field service role must be adhered to at all times
- Able to provide accurate, factual reports to the team leader or technical support personnel to enable informed decisions to be made on a course of action to resolve service related issues
- Able to use SAP to accurately capture service-related information as determined by the scope of responsibility for creation of field service notifications and orders, through to completion.
- Coordinate with STC team (local or overseas) on all the repair and return arrangement
- Creation of new customer in SAP account
- Maintain new material (own plant) when there is new product launch
- Handle import/export documentation including preparing export LC documents for negotiation and ensure compliance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the LC
- Coordinate with customer who is group under re-seller, forwarding, service/engineering company on ECS (End Consignee Statement / End Use Certification) process update, monitoring the expiry date in SAP and revalidate with a new ECS form that approved by the Trade Control
- Coordinate with forwarders on the shipping documents for incoming/outgoing shipments, quotation/rates comparison for the shipping cost
- Identify and fulfil customer needs to achieve customer’s satisfaction.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives when issue occurs
- Keep records of customer communication, processing customer accounts and filing documents
- Create E-Req for workshop or office usage when required
