Update payment voucher after payment done and make sure the supporting documents complete.
- Assist on bank reconciliation statements and update in SQL system. Issue Invoice for clients and suppliers.
- Update staff claim in SQL system.
- Maintain systematic records and filings Invoices, Payment vouchers and Accounting related records.
- Handling project closing by collaborate with related departments for documents and information needed.

**Requirement**
- Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administrations or any field.
- Prior working experience in Accounts and administrations will be added advantage.
- Ideally able to converse in verbal and written Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive working attitude, self-motivated and hardworking.
- Detail oriented and prompt in documentation work.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
