Job Description:

- Ensure that all inventory and administrative records are updated and well maintained
- Check invoice details with purchase order in system
- Conduct QC checking on all incoming and outgoing stock
- Packing stock of branch Purchase Order accordingly
- Data entry and record updating
- Stock packing must follow the First Expiry First Out (FEFO) and First In First Out (FIFO) system
- Monitoring all stock movement and able to solve stock related problem
- Keep track of orders receive and do good returns to supplier
- Manage documents and filing
- Reports any discrepancies in inventory records to manager
- Packing parcel for e-commerce order
- Any others duties when as assigned

Job Requirements:

- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- **Fresh graduate and intern student are encouraged to apply**:

- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors) and understanding of supply chain procedures.
- Solid follow-up skills, negotiation skills & self-motivated.
- Possesses positive work attitude and able to perform multi-tasking.
- Computer literate in MS Office (Excel, Words, Power Point & etc).
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Exhibits the ability to work well with others and maintain organization between cross-related departments (Outlet & Warehouse)
- Able to work 6 days per week.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:
