**Job Description**:

- Execute Performance Testing To Assess Network Speed, Coverage, Functionality And Reliability Of ONTs Firmware.
- Troubleshoot And Resolve Any Issues Or Malfunctions Identified During The Testing Process.
- Document And Report Test Results, Including Any Defects Or Anomalies, In A Clear And Concise Manner.
- Collaborate With The Network Engineering Team To Analyze Test Results And Provide Recommendations For Improvements Or Optimizations.
- Assist In The Development And Enhancement Of Testing Procedures And Protocols.
- Summarizing WiFi Quality And Outputting Monthly Analysis Reports According To Requirements.
- Adhere To All Safety Protocols And Guidelines When Handling Network Equipment And Conducting Tests.

**Requirement**:

- Proficient In Computer Operation
- Basic Networking Knowledge
- Ability To Edit Word Documents And Review Acceptance Criteria
- Ability To Work Independently As Well As Collaboratively In A Team-Oriented Environment.
- Proficient In Using Mobile Phone
- Good Communication Skills
- Background In Broadband/Network Field Engineering (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
