Clerk Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Ability to work under direction as well as independently.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Provide support to other departments as needed, including answering phones and directing calls.
- Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Age : 25 - 30 years old
- Minimum SPM with relevant experiences. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to know English & BM (Mandarin Optional)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
