HR Manager

Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, manpower planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, industrial relations and training & development.
- Plan, manage and implement company policies and procedures in accordance with the company directions and Malaysia regulations.
- Industrial & employee relations, including managing disciplinary cases, cultivate a positive working environment and advocate company culture.
- Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies on matters related to human resources.
- Experience in implementing RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) principles and practices.
- Ad-hoc assignment or duties as and when assigned by superior.
Job Requirement:
- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- In-depth knowledge in Employment Act and other related legislation. Knowledge in RBA is a must requirement
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
