We have more than 300 agents or business partners throughout Malaysia. And our mission is to ensure the product’s quality assurance as well as satisfy our client/customer’s tastes/preferences

We are searching for an ambitious **Marketing Executive** to spearhead our marketing campaigns. You will be required to coordinate with staff in other departments, ensuring that each endeavor runs smoothly from inception to delivery. You should also remain up-to-date with shifts in social media use.

To ensure success as a Marketing Executive, you should be attuned to attitudinal changes within each target audience.

Ultimately, a top-notch marketing executive will conceptualize ways in which marketing activities can be harnessed to expand our own company's footprint.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Handle Social Media such as Facebook, Instagram, etc
- Researching and brainstorming each stage of the project.
- Delegating assignments to members of the graphics and advertising departments, as needed.
- Figure out how to improve the agent system
- Training team and agent
- Plan a strategy how to expend/growth branding and business.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
- Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
- Promotional activities
- Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
- Writing and proofreading creative copy
- Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
- Organising events and product exhibitions
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Coordinating internal marketing and an organisation’s culture
- Monitoring performance
- Managing campaigns on social media.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in marketing, sales, or similar.
- Prior experience as a marketing executive.
- Proficiency in Hootsuite.
- A thorough understanding of contemporary trends in consumerism.
- Strong leadership, delegation, and capacity development skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Respect for people and ideas.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
