- Oversee and shift sustain and improve on current process for polishing.
- Work with various group (Prod, FET, Cleaning and Equipment) to improve polishing process.
- To meet company goal for cost and cumulative yield.
- To monitor, review and feedback polish indicators (KPIV and KPOV) to ensure lines stability and reliability.
- Perform troubleshooting on all polish yield, quality & equipment issues that happen during working time.
- Assist shift engineer (SES) to sustain day to day outstanding polishing issue (Yield, Process, Cost, etc.).
- Assist shift engineer (SES) to conduct experiment for polishing process.
- Assist shift engineer (SES) to do report writing and data compilation.
- Work with equipment team for the polish line related.
- Support production whenever there is a plant-wide issue.
- Support on improvement project & special process job.

**Qualifications**
Educational, Certifications & Licenses Required:

- Certificate or Diploma in any engineering field

Skill Required:

- Leadership
- Moderate in Microsoft Office
- Time management
- Teamwork
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Knowledge on detail process flow.
- Able to run system with different processes.
- Besides basic safety knowledge, able to guide operator or technician on safety as well as taking action during emergency.
- Expect to take care of housekeeping of assigned area.
- Handle manpower - inspire trust and teamwork
- Stand in for Line leader
- Be trainer/buddy for Senior Manufacturing Operator / new MT
