Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
- Provide ongoing daily administrative assistance to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
- Manage stationery inventory by regularly assessing stock levels, forecasting required supplies, and efficiently placing and expediting orders as needed.
- Supervise office equipment by proactively managing inventory and fulfilling maintenance needs.
- Ensure mails and packages are meticulously sorted and organized upon arrival.Responsible to ensure the continuous cleanliness of the front desk and reception area.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Attend to any other matters as assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook)
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Superior.

**Requirements**:

- SPM or Diploma in any relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g.printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 per month
