**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**1) Operational Compliance and Sales Target and KPI Achievement**:

- Drive the team to achieve assigned sales targets and other KPI
- Ensure day-to-day operations of retail shops comply with SOPs.
- Oversee timely opening and closing of retail shops according to business hours.
- Serve as a middleman for submitting salary and claims in timely and accurate for retail staff.
- Manage stock orders to maintain optimal inventory levels.

**2) Issue Reporting**:

- Promptly report any issues within the designated area and retail counters to the assigned reporting authority.

**3) Staffing Oversight**:

- Oversee staffing arrangements, address retail operation challenges, and conduct operational training.
- Tackle system problems and provide necessary support to retail staff.

**4) Parcel Investigation and Customer Complaint Management**:

- Investigate and resolve issues related to all parcels and tracking numbers within the leadership area.
- Manage and escalate customer complaints related to parcel concerns.

**5) Customer Acquisition and Retention**:

- Explore opportunities to acquire new customers and maintain a consistent volume at each retail location.
- Gather and address feedback from customers, competitors, and market conditions.
- Monitor and ensure that all retail counters regularly update and follow up with VIPs, first-time buyers (FTBs), inactive, and past-due customers.

**6) Schedule Management**:

- Effectively manage the shop schedule, handle leave requests, and arrange staff cover or replacements to ensure continuous retail counter operation.

**7) Feedback Management**
- Collect and address feedback from customers, competitors, and market conditions.
- Propose ideas and campaigns to promote and increase volume at each retail location.

**8) Product Knowledge**:

- Guarantee that all retail counter staff master and understand all C2C products and systems.

**9) Bank Account Management**:

- Follow business and operations SOPs diligently.
- Ensure the daily transfer of sales collections into the company bank account.

**10) Ad Hoc Tasks**:

- Assist with ad hoc tasks, including the renewal of shop licenses, opening and closing procedures, and other miscellaneous duties

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Education : Diploma and above
- Fresh graduates or high school leavers are welcome to join the team.
- or at least one (1) year of experience in related field.
- A genuine passion for the retail and sales industry
- Well-grooming, cheerful and well-adopt to environment easily.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Active, hard-working, and sales driven.
- Customer service oriented and able to attract potential customer.
- Computer literate and fast learner
- Possess own transport (if any)
