**About the Role**:
Record to Report (RTR) Subject Matter Expert who will supervise RAVE transition activities and solve pre and post go-live issues for GBS RTR team. To represent GBS RTR in all project discussions and contribute to data gathering, solution defining and brainstorming of RTR processes and control in new state. To understand RTR team members’ concerns and feedback and work to rectify any issues in collaboration and wider RAVE Project team to avoid changes to productivity and solve new accounting system pre and post go-live issues. Ensure right controls exists for main financial processes. You will report to Manager - Record to Report

**You Will**:

- Assist RTR Manager to ensure delivery of RAVE membership project, and optimizations/ release affecting R2R team.
- Represent RTR team as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) within RAVE Project participating in all meetings, providing insight and expertise for data gathering, impact analysis, solution design.
- Understand RTR processes, listen to RTR team member feedback and work with FT&T/ RAVE Team to rectify/ avoid issues improving team productivity, effectiveness, integrity of P&L and Balance Sheet, and other process controls in new state. Ensure new state complies to financial reporting standard, company policy and controls.
- Advocate and lead process optimizations for the benefit of RTR team using upon the RAVE project (E.g. Occurrence led revenue recognition for UK events) and ensure successful implementation.
- Track and solve post go-live issues of PI5 release (US non-membership release), and pre and post go-live issues of RAVE Membership for RTR team.
- Lead RAVE Membership OAT and data migration testing for RTR team. Check for operation of system with mínimal errors, compare reports from old vs. new system validate discrepancies besides other needful checks and balances to assess readiness of system to go-live.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly status reports on functional performance, provide update on progress and generate other project related reports.
- And update control matrices, procedures, work instructions and Service level agreements to ensure all system related changes are reflected accordingly.
- Provide leadership support to line manager in implementing monitoring of project activities.
- Train new hires and existing team members on new system and process, service level agreements and related metrics.

**You Have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field, or a partial professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MIA).
- Experience in General Ledger operations.
- Participate in Data migration testing / system migration / RPA implementation.
- Experience in GBS or SSC environment.
- Experience in Oracle ERP systeM/Fronted billing system.
- Internal Audit experience will be an added advantage.
- Led and successful launch RPA initiative will be an added advantage.
- In-depth E2E process and existing system knowledge
