Besides marketing and selling a range of specialty pharmaceutical products in selected ASEAN countries through exclusive distributorship or licensing and supply agreements with brand principals mainly from Europe and the United States, the Group also develops, markets and sells its own proprietary range of dermatological products and health supplement products. In addition, the Group operates a medical hypermart for healthcare professionals, healthcare institutions and retail pharmacies, to supply pharmaceutical products and medical supplies.**

DESIGNATION : Sales Manager / Associate Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Responsibilities**
- Supervising the sales team and developing and implementing strategies to improve sales.
- Developing strategies and techniques to achieve sales targets and supporting National Sales Managers
- Overseeing Ethical Key Account business in Central (HSP)
- Lead sales team members to achieve sales target
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Lead and assist sales team member in executing Marketing activities or events

QUALIFICATIONS

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Health/Science/Business disciplines or its equivalent
- Min. 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in both hospitals and pharmacy channel is an added advantage.
- Experience and knowledge Experience in the field of Orthopaedic/Rheumatology/Endocrinology is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, proactive and positive personality.
