- 管理与服务相关的用户事件和服务请求。
- 在供应商设施内,在安全环境中操作服务台。
- 提供入职培训和进修培训,以保持员工技能和能力。
- 维护服务台支持的知识识数据库

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide proactive and reactive support to Authorized Users.
- Manage user Incidents and Service Requests related to Services.
- Operate the Service Desk in a secure environment within the Supplier’s facilities.
- Offer onboarding and refresher training to maintain staff skills and competencies.
- Maintain a knowledge database for Service Desk support.

**Requirement**:

- Able to work rotational shift
- Fresh grad are welcome

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs
