Assists for receiving and processing invoices from vendors. This involves verifying the accuracy of the invoices, ensuring proper authorization, and entering the invoice details into the accounting system for payment.
- Interns might assist in preparing payment batches for approval, which could involve selecting invoices for payment, scheduling payment dates, and preparing cheques, petty cash or online banking payment.
- Helps to maintain vendor records, including contact information, payment terms, and account balances. They may also communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries, discrepancies, or other issues.
- Reconcile vendor statements with accounts payable records to ensure that all invoices have been accurately recorded and paid in a timely manner.
- To assist in filings, ad-hoc functions and related duties assigned from time to time.
- Handle day to day data entries and maintain proper records.
- To assist with account receivable tasks such as sending out the Statement of Account and post customer payments.
- Conduct field visit once a week to An-Nur Banting, No 8 & 10, Tingkat Bawah, Jalan Cemerlang 1, Pusat Perdagangan Banting, 42700, Banting Selangor.

**REQUIREMENTS (Education, Years of Experience, Skills, Etc)**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Posses own transport.
- High attention to detail
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts and processes.
- Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Offices, Excel, SQL Software & Avixo CMS.
- willing to relocate
- Able to work immediately
- Internship with Contract length: 6 months
