Training Sales Executive

**Purpose of the Role**:
The Training Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling tailored training solutions to businesses and professionals, aiming to meet their specific educational and developmental needs. The executive plays a crucial role in connecting clients with the right training programs, ultimately contributing to their professional growth and achieving the company’s sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Account Maintenance**: Proactively manage and sustain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with the training services provided. This involves regular follow-ups, understanding their evolving needs, and offering solutions that add value, thereby fostering long-term loyalty and retention.
- **Client Database Expansion**: Develop strategies to grow the client database through targeted prospecting, lead generation, and networking. This entails identifying potential new clients, initiating contact, and effectively communicating the value proposition of the training programs to expand the business’s client base.
- **Program Discussions with Clients**: Engage in in-depth discussions with clients to comprehend their training requirements, challenges, and objectives. Customize the presentation of training programs to align with their specific needs, demonstrating how the training solutions can address their particular issues and contribute to their organizational or personal development goals.
- **Sales Closure**: Drive the entire sales process with the aim of closing sales successfully. This includes preparing and delivering tailored proposals, negotiating terms, finalizing sales contracts, and ensuring a smooth transition to the service delivery team. The executive is expected to achieve or exceed set sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall revenue and growth.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the training, education, or related service industries.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, client relationship management, and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to identify client needs and effectively articulate the value and benefits of training programs.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach, capable of working independently to achieve sales goals.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organizational and planning abilities.
**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
