**Job overview**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of admissions strategies
- Gather applicants’ references and supporting documents
- Liaise with other members of the team and academics, to ensure prompt and complete academic consideration of each applicant
- Liaise with the Registrar, academics and external stakeholders to ascertain recognition of prior learning where required
- Manage Student & Alumni Admissions Committee
- Manage admissions policies and procedures to ensure that they are efficient and comply with fair admissions and governmental policies.
- Provide support to the team with internal and external recruitment events
- Assist in developing and managing the admissions budgets, including forecasting expenses required for effective recruitment

**Job requirements**:

- **Minimum Bachelor Degree with relevant education line experience**:

- **At least 5 years of experience in Graduate Management Education admissions, corporate recruiting or related experience.**:

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to be able to handle and respond to the inquiries and guide the students on the documentation and the relevant admission procedures
- Excellent presentation, and written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Superior public speaking skills.
- Ability to supervise the subordinates whenever there is a need and able to handle the work independently and effectively
- Must have extensive cultural awareness and experience working with diverse individuals.
- Flexibility to work in a changing schedule as per the requirement
- 20-30% of international travel required (Travel internationally every 1-2 months)
