**The team for you to join**

Chr-Hansen is expanding our business in Korea and we look for an experienced senior account manager profile that can drive our expansion and further growth of our Korean business by building sales pipeline with existing and new customers. We want to expand our customer base and we look for a “hungry” outgoing sales person with a proven track record of building new business. You have a solid handle on building strong customer relationships and understand the strategic agenda for Chr-Hansen and the customer. You find opportunities through by matching a strong product portfolio with your knowledge of customer needs.

**What would your role look like?**
- Meet or exceed pre-defined sales targets (usually the budget)
- Execute Global and Regional strategies in terms of NPD, pricing, projects, etc.
- Develop sales plan and ensure execution
- Support and manage distributor(s)
- Cross-functional coordination with RA, supply chain, finance, global team, marketing etc.
- Maintain and develop customer relationships; proactively seeking out and targeting new opportunities;
- Key Account Management including initiate Key Account Plan and implement KA strategy, value-selling approach, etc.
- Provide timely monthly reports, call reports, rolling forecast, competition information, etc

**Who are we looking for?**
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Korean
- Bachelor or master degree in food, nutrition, chemicals, biology or business
- 10~20 years of sales experience (experience in the fields of probiotics and/or dietary supplement is preferred)
- Some international travel should be expected
