Paid Media Ads Specialist Team Lead

Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Team Lead to join their rapidly expanding digital tech platform. Their platform, developed during the pandemic, now collaborates with more than 15 major global travel entities, utilizing their traveler data. With a focus on innovation, their technology enables third-party advertisers to efficiently execute digital campaigns targeted at high-intent audiences.

Operating under the umbrella of an established travel-oriented company, headquartered in London and maintains offices in various global cities. Currently, they are enhancing their ad operations team located in Kuala Lumpur.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Daily evaluation and supervision of digital performance campaigns on key social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Implementing optimization techniques and split testing to identify effective audiences that align with client KPIs.
- Close cooperation with the Account Management team to facilitate daily client communication and management.
- Oversight and documentation of optimization changes to establish best practices.
- Working closely with the Global Head of Optimization to ensure optimal campaign performance and maximum profitability.
- Collaborating with the sales team as needed to support the sales process.
- Monitoring and managing campaign budgets.
- Demonstrated track record of improving advertising campaign performance, exceeding client expectations.

**Role requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience leading high-performing ad operations teams.
- Extensive familiarity with advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Proficiency in digital advertising, coupled with a business-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach, fostering operational efficiencies.
- Prior experience in fast-paced and entrepreneurial environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Goal-oriented, analytically driven, commercially attuned, with adept organizational and project management skills.
- Fluent in English.
