Position Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Kapar, Selangor

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving our online presence and promoting our brand through various digital channels. You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, managing our online platforms, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to reach our target audience effectively.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, Youtube and others, including creating engaging content and responding to audience interactions.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality, relevant content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and the company blog.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and implement new strategies to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives, and support lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the digital landscape.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on digital marketing strategies and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for digital marketing and a willingness to stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices. Technical background is a plus point.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
