**JOB Responsibilities & Duties**
- Perform all sales duties (prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, follow through sales administration and after sales service).
- Assist in conducting market intelligence research, analyzing demands, trend & pricing.
- Prepare of sales & marketing materials and kits relating to sales, promotion and advertisement including, brochures, flyers, press advertisement and others.
- Participate in direct marketing activities and launching such as exhibition, road show.
- Ensure smooth operation of sales gallery & sales office.
- Understand and compile customers' feedback and requirements and promote the property to meet sales target.
- Prepare sales reports/status of SPA reports/Prospect Enquiries Report on a periodical basis.

**JOB Requirements**:

- A graduate with at least a higher diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A team player, result-driven, self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to travel for work assignments within or outside of the region.
- Work Location: Batang Kali

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
