Randstad is partnering with a MNC company that specializes in electronic, electrical and industrial components. The company is expanding their Sales team and looking for a talented Inside Sales Executive to be part of their growing team.

duties and responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to ensure successful implementation of sales initiatives and action plans.

  • Demonstrate adherence to the company's mission, vision, objectives, processes, and policies, setting an example for others.

    • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities within existing and new customer accounts through telesales and marketing efforts.

    • Execute daily and monthly sales activities in alignment with established standards and targets, maintaining accurate customer records.

      • Gather competitive intelligence from customers and market feedback, providing insights to sales management.

      • Collaborate effectively with the sales team to achieve collective objectives and contribute to team efforts.

        skill and experience

        • Hold a Degree or Diploma in any field, preferably in a technical or engineering discipline.

        • At least 3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or sales roles with a technical selling background.

        • Meet designated sales targets and performance metrics.

        • Demonstrate commercial awareness, particularly in understanding acquisition costs.

        • Exhibit strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful sales transactions.
