Lead Generation: Researching and identifying potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and online databases.Prospecting: Contacting prospective customers to introduce IT products or services, identify their needs, and qualify them as potential customers.Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the IT products or services being sold, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate with customers.Solution Selling: Understanding customer requirements and pain points to recommend appropriate IT solutions that meet their needs and add value to their business.Quoting and Pricing: Providing customers with accurate quotes and pricing information for IT products or services, negotiating terms and conditions, and closing sales.Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.Pipeline Management: Managing sales pipelines and RM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities, as well as forecasting future sales revenue.Collaboration: Working closely with other departments such as marketing, product management, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve sales objectives.Continuous Learning: Staying updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitive offerings to maintain a competitive edge and effectively address customer needs.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years on IT Inside SalesMUST able to speak English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia language.Have experience in IT sales or sales experience will be preferable.Have better communicationn and negotiation skillsAble to start immediatelyPosses own transport.
