Department Operations- LevelInternship- LocationMalaysia - Kuala LumpurThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Assist in monitoring, auditing and managing security management systems and activities across SPX facilities
- Act as a key liaison personnel with relevant stakeholders relating to security issues and problems between facilities
- Facilitate and closely follow up on the movements of facilities to ensure compliance with the security protocol
- Support the security data management, generate reports on performances, and provide support to project initiatives.
- Assist in developing and improving the Security Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and relevant policies

**Requirements**:

- Sound understanding and knowledge in security management and relevant local law and regulations
- Well-developed interpersonal, written and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good project management, analytical, and problem solving abilities
- Willing to travel and to be stationed in **Midvalley
