**Responsibilities**:

- Timely reply to customers on quotation request and follow up on urgent matter requiring attention and deadline for order processing and delivery
- Manage the admin related matters such as staff attendance, leave record, training, updating pricelist, preparing sales report, calculation and verification of claims and commission for sales team.
- Update and maintain proper filing system and ensure document control for easy access and retrieval
- To perform any additional task assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Admin/Marketing/ Banking or other equivalent
- Min 2-years working experiences in administration or sales
- Must be computer literature skilled : MS Excel, MS Words, Ms Office
- Proficiency in English in both oral and written
- Good communication skill at all level
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and multi-tasking
- Result oriented

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
