Requirements
- Minimal a diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Admin, E-commerce or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a retailer, front of house, or customer service role.
- WSET or similar qualifications would be an extra.
- Professional appearance, strong organizational, communication and planning skills.
- Strong customer service and aggressive sales skill.
- Excellent at leading a team and working within a team.
- Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about wine and spirits.
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
- Analytical skills and ability to translate complex sales reports into meaningful business knowledge.
- POS and other related integration.
- Good computer skills; E-commerce and Digital sense (to operate digitalize systems).
- Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Stand for prolonged periods as well as walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl and climb.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 30kg.
Primary Duties
- Perform closing and opening procedures of the store.
- Cleans and organizes the workplace area for an excellent first impression.
- Plan and execute various with merchandising/gifting/POSM, and floor layout.
- Greet, assists, and provides outstanding customer service.
- Advises and assists customers with their choices of product for themselves and for gifts.
- Be proactive in sales and promotion plannings.
- To have a strong and persistent desire for sales.
- Contact and update clients on new product launches, events, various promotions and to follow-up on product inquiries.
- Manages the E-commerce platform and various entities.
- Organize wine deliveries to customers and subsidiaries.
- Build and sustain an excellent relationship with customers via F&B outlets, retailing, and distribution (B2B).
- Handle complaints and provides constructive feedback to management.
- Managing an accurate inventory of wines, spirits, accessories, packaging items, and any other assets/consumables while operating with the RFID Inventory Management System.
- Minimizing losses and shrinkage in stocks.
- Accurately completes sales using POS system according to established procedures.
- Packing and ready orders from E-Commerce, walk-in sales, sales via phone, interdepartmental, intercompany, and B2B.
- Assist in various events to drive the beverage sale of the company.
- Operate RFID Inventory Management System, Electronic Shelf Labelling, and various technological integrations.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally to meet with wine & spirit suppliers, wine/spirit tasting events, B2B outlets, and assisting subsidiary outlets.
- Complying with health and safety regulations.
- Keeping up to date on trends and news of the beverage/restaurant industry.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
