Key Responsibilities:

- Develop volume fulfilment strategy and plans based on targets and customer accounts.
- Forecast and analyze demand data for wholesalers and outlets.
- Recruit and manage outlets for promotions and cultivate new customers.
- Achieve sales targets assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular sales calls.
- Consult customers on product listings, pricing, features, and promotions.
- Monitor competitors' activities and promotions.
- Manage customer issues such as claims and counterfeit products.
- Ensure prompt settlement of outlet claims and proper management of A&P funds.
- Report sales development and volume depletion to Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with marketing on outlet promotion activities.
- Communicate new outlet recruitment and competitor outlet conversion plans to Sales Manager.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in leading multinational fast-moving consumer goods companies.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Excellent planning and communication skills, preferably with night channel management experience.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
