**Responsibilities**:
- To perform all the admin and assist general administrative works.
- Perform other related duties related to HR and administrative duties.
- Knowledge in labour laws will be added advantage.
- Responsible for timely processing of payroll, ensure payroll records are accurate and complete.
- Liaise with labour department and other relevant government bodies, ensure on time statutory submission and payment such as EPF, Socso/ EIS, PCB, HRDF etc
- Prepare all types of HR and payroll related documents and letters.
- To ensure records for employees are properly maintained.
- Handle employees' disciplinary issues
