**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare comprehensive financial statements for the cooperative/company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with external auditors to facilitate audit processes and ensure adherence to auditing standards.
- Administer monthly payroll procedures for cooperative/company employees, including computation, processing, and record-keeping.
- Manage monthly submissions of EPF, SOCSO, and LHDN to regulatory authorities, ensuring timely and accurate compliance.
- Oversee stock control procedures, including monitoring inventory levels, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective measures.
- Conduct periodic stock counts to verify inventory accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Generate and maintain sales documentation such as purchase orders, invoices, and sales orders in accordance with organizational guidelines.
- Monitor and reconcile payments received from sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate records of stock balances, facilitating efficient inventory management.
- Record and reconcile payments and collections from designated bank accounts, specifically Bank Rakyat account ending in number 4407, pertaining to e-commerce sales activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to accurately record sales transactions and maintain up-to-date stock records.
- Uphold confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Organize and maintain proper filing systems for all relevant documentation to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards.
- Input all accounting transactions into designated accounting software with precision and attention to detail.
- Prepare and distribute pay slips to all cooperative/company staff members in a timely manner.
- Compile and generate annual EA Forms for all cooperative/company staff members, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Coordinate with Account Executives at the headquarters office to address accounting-related queries and ensure consistency in record-keeping practices.
- Perform any other duties or tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor or management team.

**Job Requirement**:

- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field as a minimum qualification.
- Demonstrate a track record of successful experience in accounting roles.
- Proficiency in utilizing accounting software such as UBS, SQL, or equivalent systems.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in high-stress situations.
- Display proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Capable of efficiently managing time and tasks to meet stringent deadlines and achieve desired outcomes.
- Possess an independent and self-motivated demeanor, capable of working autonomously and driving initiatives forward.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
