**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently & resolving payroll discrepancies
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain and update payroll information
- Maintenance and upkeep of the payroll database (eg: Employee setup, changes, terminations & employee information)
- Preparation and filing HR & Payroll documentation
- Alter employee tax status as needed as well as any information about withholding
- Manage leave,

- Perform other duties as assigned
- Good working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word, ability to process basic functions, formulas in Microsoft Excel and in payroll system (SQL) an added advantage
- Must be a team player and possesses positive attitude towards work and the company
- Meticulous and efficient, able to multi-task
- Capable of keeping information confidential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Updating job requirements when needed
- Organized and efficient in daily tasks
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Possess at least a relevant Certification / Diploma / in Human Resource Management and preferably with 3 years of relevant experience in payroll processing
