1. Perform the daily inspection of the overall carpark to ensure the cleanliness, lighting, maintenance, directional/safety signage and carpark equipment in proper working order.
2. Responsible for the overall performance of the carpark control and monitoring system in good operating condition at all times to conform the efficiency and integrity of the system.
3. Develop and make recommendations for implementation in all improvement of the carpark control and monitoring system, signage, traffic management. Operations staff performance and customer service.
5. To review and supervise the daily performance of all operations staff as per the respective policies and the standard operating procedures.
6. Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the carpark is properly managed.
7. To monitor maintenance of the carpark equipment, motor vehicles and other machine. Responsible to ensure that all personnel at the respective location adhered to the SOP.
8. Source for negotiating to obtain the best arrangement for carpark signage, safety caution cone, consumable supplies and services from contractors.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- At least Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least 5 year of related experiences in carpark management.
- Able to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.
